I'm starting a series about living the Abundant Life through Christ Jesus, as He stated in John 10:10. The strategy of Satan is two fold, entice with lust and hurt with religion. The Pharisees turning the Gospel into man centered rules are cutting people off from the Love of God. The key to living pure is not austerity, that is actually counter productive, the key is Love - God's Love. When you know God's Love you don't dump it for Satan's trash can of lust. The deception is that Satan substitutes God's Love with religion, vindictive and unloving, while selling irresponsibility and empty pleasure seeking as love. As always the Truth will set you free, get rid of the shame by coming to the open arms of Jesus also dispel the lies of godlessness, chasing a feeling rather than being true to who God created you to be. As His servants we are called to give an answer to all who ask us the hope of our calling. With fervent conviction we are to knock down the falsehoods of secularism, humanism, and convenient lies that excuse carnal living. The best answer we can give is the example of a holy life, lived with embracing love, full of evident joy. This is the kind of person the Lord will have regard for, whom He'll answer while he is yet speaking, one who turns from iniquity and trembles at His Word. Lose the expensive seminars for the crowd of itching ears. Clean your heart of unclean motives, your soul of unclean spirits by the power of the Holy Spirit. This straight talking book will impart to you on that journey.
